Are you actually ready for winter — or are you just ready to ride?
Join Alaska Safe Riders and Team CC in Wasilla on October 1st from 6 PM–8 PM for an evening focused on getting both you and your sled prepared before the snow starts stacking up.
We’ll talk through backcountry preparedness and avalanche awareness, cover pre-season sled maintenance, and hear tips and tricks from Scott Franz to help riders start the season with a machine they can depend on.
Whether you’re newer to backcountry riding or have been chasing snow for years, this is an opportunity to refresh your knowledge, ask questions, connect with other riders, and think through the things that are easy to overlook before that first big ride of the season.
