emPOWDERed was created by Sierra Winter and Angie Burris with a shared vision of building an inclusive snowmobile community where everyone—regardless of gender, background, or experience—feels welcome, supported, and empowered to grow. Their mission is to make backcountry riding safer, more accessible, and more connected through mentorship, education, and shared adventure. By fostering a culture rooted in confidence, responsibility, and mutual respect, Sierra and Angie envision a future where all riders can explore boldly, push their limits, and thrive together in the shred community.
